• Leading and developing an established IT Operations team. • Managing enterprise networking, connectivity, firewalls, and security controls. • Overseeing cloud infrastructure environments including Azure, AWS, or similar platforms. • Taking ownership of Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, endpoint management, and access governance. • Driving incident management, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity readiness. • Embedding governance, risk, and compliance best practices across IT operations. • Managing vendor relationships, service providers, budgets, and licensing spend. • Providing meaningful operational reporting and insights to leadership teams. • Supporting development teams through stable, well-governed environments and change management processes. Job Experience and Skills Required:
• Strong experience with enterprise networking and network security. • Hands-on firewall management and troubleshooting experience. • Cloud infrastructure expertise (Azure, AWS, or similar). • Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Identity & Access Management environments. • Proven background running internal IT support or service desk functions. • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning. • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams. • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and security frameworks. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
