Duties & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring high levels of service delivery.

• Manage all server, storage, backup, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

• Oversee user management, permissions, access control, and identity management.

• Design, implement, and maintain secure VPN connectivity solutions.

• Manage hosting environments and infrastructure performance.

• Ensure successful execution of backup and disaster recovery strategies.

• Drive cyber security initiatives, including vulnerability management, incident response, and security best practices.

• Maintain and improve network security, firewall management, and infrastructure resilience.

• Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

• Mentor, coach, and develop technical team members.

• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, and scalability across the business.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years' experience within an IT environment.

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing and leading technical teams.

• Proven experience working as a Level 3 Infrastructure Engineer.

• Strong Cyber Security experience within enterprise environments.

• Extensive experience managing hosting environments, VPNs, user administration, server infrastructure, and backup solutions.

• Experience managing and supporting complex Microsoft server environments.

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and systems administration.
