IT Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, Hardware Support, Security, and IT Governance functions. • Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of technology services supporting approximately 3,000 end users. • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and future growth plans. • Drive best practices in security, risk management, policy development, and compliance. • Oversee facilities and building operations, including maintenance, renovations, vendor management, and workplace services. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support and facilities professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and value. • Support expansion initiatives by implementing scalable technology and operational solutions across multiple locations. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience within IT Infrastructure, Hardware Support, and Desktop Support environments. • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft technology ecosystems. • Strong track record of leading and developing technical teams in complex environments. • Experience supporting large user bases within multi-site operations. • Solid background in IT security, governance, operational controls, and policy management. • Exposure to international or geographically dispersed infrastructure environments will be advantageous. • Experience overseeing facilities management and workplace operations is highly desirable.
