We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to help keep our computers, software, and networks running smoothly. You’ll provide hands-on support to our team, solve technical problems, and make sure everyone can work without interruptions.
Duties & Responsibilities
User Support
Help staff with computer, software, and network issues.
Provide support both on-site and remotely.
Track and resolve support requests quickly.
Hardware & Software
Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Install and update software and operating systems.
Perform routine maintenance to prevent problems.
Network & Security
Assist with basic network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet).
Support user accounts and permissions.
Apply security updates and antivirus protection.
Administration & Documentation
Keep records of IT equipment and setups.
Update guides and help documents for users.
Help with IT stock and purchases.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (or related field)
- CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications
- ITIL
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or equivalent certification
