Schneider work readiness programme- STEM Graduates
Duties & Responsibilities
The Schneider Electric Work Readiness Programme is designed to equip unemployed STEM graduates with the practical skills, workplace knowledge, and professional confidence needed to successfully transition into the world of work. Participants will engage in interactive training covering business communication, digital literacy, problem-solving, teamwork, project management, and workplace professionalism, while gaining insight into the energy management and automation industry. The programme also focuses on developing employability skills such as CV writing, interview preparation, personal branding, and career planning, preparing graduates for future employment opportunities within the STEM sector.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Programme Requirements
South African citizen.
Aged between 18 and 35 years.
Unemployed and available for the full duration of the programme.
Hold a Diploma or Degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related qualification).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and email).
Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and work in a team environment.
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and technology.
