IT company in CT requires a graduate to train into a Client Consulting role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement projects and daily consulting with clients to resolve queries
- Log software bugs/enhancements with development team
- Meet with clients to determine requirements and scope of projects
- Design, test, install and monitor new systems
- Act as a technical resource to deliver required software applications
- Assist clients with change/process management activities
Desired Experience & Qualification
- IT qualification essential
- Good Microsoft and SQL skills
- English and Afrikaans preferred
- Role is hybrid but own transport required
- 2 years’ prior experience in a software support role an advantage
