Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree in IT, Business, Mathematics, BSc, or related field
- Advanced qualification advantageous
- Project Management certifications advantageous
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years’ experience in Business Analysis and Systems Development
- Experience leading complex projects and business transformation initiatives
- Strong business process analysis and solution design experience
- Experience with digital transformation and AI-driven solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- SQL and relational database knowledge advantageous
- FMCG, Distribution, or related industry experience advantageous
KPAs
- Lead business analysis and solution design initiatives
- Drive digital transformation and process improvement projects
- Identify opportunities for AI integration and automation
- Manage project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Analyse business processes and recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate with business, IT, and development teams to deliver strategic outcomes
