- As an I.T. Business Analyst at our Head Office, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and enhancing operations through detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our systems and processes are optimized to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications in I.T. or Business Analysis Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in data analysis and understanding of business functional areas.
- Willingness to travel to sites when required.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Previous experience in I.T. or Business Analysis is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Lead continuous reviews of processes, driving optimization strategies to streamline operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest IT advancements, leveraging technology to automate and modernize systems.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform thorough requirements analysis and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and oversee performance, change management, and support handovers
