Summary We are currently seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to join our team in JHB - Northern Suburbs. This is a Contractor role suitable for individuals with 2 - 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management. Responsibilities
• IT Asset Management and Compliance: - Monitor and resolve asset exceptions - Ensure accurate asset allocation to business units and cost centres - Manage IT asset leases and coordinate lifecycle activities • Inventory and Audit: - Perform regular reconciliations between ITAM systems and actual assets - Support internal and external audits - Maintain accurate asset records • Operational Support: - Manage asset-related tickets - Support onboarding/offboarding processes - Coordinate repairs, warranties, and procurement - Escalate non-compliant or inactive devices • Reporting and Insights: - Produce regular dashboards and reports on asset compliance - Analyse asset data for trends and improvement opportunities
