All Industrial Relations
• Communication and dealing with unions • Hearings and all staff discipline • CCMA Representative • Guidance to senior management regarding all labour law updates and conformances • Monthly reporting on disciplinary cases Employment equity
• Running the process of submissions • Guiding management on target and goals • Making sure all targets are met • Ensure quarterly EE Meetings are held BBBEE
• Ownership of the B-BBEE Process and effective management of service providers • Guiding management on BEE initiatives to implement • Implementation of desired measures to reach the BEE level as required by management • Workmens compensation Completion and submission of forms and communication of payment to finance department Key Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in HR/Industrial Relations
- Minimum 5 years IR management experience in unionized environment
- Experience as Employment Equity and B-BBEE lead
- Sound negotiating skills
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- High energy levels
- Able to work independently as part of a specialized team
