The main purpose of this role is
- To engage directly with clients and independent financial advisers across multiple service channels, providing exceptional support and guidance on investment-related queries. This is the ideal role for graduates looking to start their career in financial services while building deep investment knowledge in a client-focused environment.
We require a candidate with
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Science, Economics, Finance, Investments, Statistics, or Business Management
- A passion for investments and client service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and independent thinking with sound problem-solving abilities
- A performance-driven mindset, with a helpful and client-focused attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and high-energy environment
