In this role, you'll provide portfolio administration support, including investment valuations, conduct market and investment research, and assist with deal execution across a diverse investment portfolio. You will also play a key role in fundraising activities by preparing investor marketing materials, building and maintaining financial models, and managing information flow with external stakeholders through virtual data rooms.
Requirements: · Post graduate bachelor’s degree in finance. · A master’s degree in business or finance will be an added advantage. · A CA / CFA or equivalent qualification · Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in private equity and/ or equivalent (preferably infrastructure related) · Experience in supporting execution of investment transactions. - Sound experience in building & maintaining financial models non-negotiable. - Sound experience in performing DCF and other valuations methodologies on portfolio companies non-negotiable.
