Oasis Group Holdings is seeking intellectually curious and analytically minded professionals to join our investment team as Investment Analysts or Quantitative Analysts .
This role is suited to individuals who are motivated by understanding how businesses, markets, and data interact over the long term and who want to contribute meaningfully to investment decision-making. You will work closely with experienced investors on research, analysis, and portfolio insights across listed equities and private investments.

Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Investment Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth company, sector, and thematic research across public and private markets
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses
- Generate and refine investment ideas aligned with portfolio objectives
- Prepare investment memoranda and support Investment discussions
- Monitor portfolio holdings, corporate developments, and macroeconomic trends
Portfolio Management Support
- Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and capital allocation decisions
- Assist with portfolio reviews, risk analysis, and performance monitoring
- Contribute to performance attribution and portfolio analytics to inform decision-making
- Help improve investment processes, reporting, and analytical discipline within the team
Private & Unlisted Investments
- Support screening, due diligence, valuation, and monitoring of private and unlisted investments
Desired Experience & Qualification
Who We’re Looking For
- Honours degree in Finance or Investments, with a clear focus on Portfolio Management
- Formal academic exposure to portfolio management at undergraduate, postgraduate, and/or master’s level is essential
- Progress toward or completion of the CFA designation is highly advantageous
- Additional courses or certifications in portfolio management, asset allocation, or risk management are strongly recommended
Experience & Skills
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in investment analysis, asset management, portfolio analysis, or equity research
- Strong grounding in portfolio management principles and investment theory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with investment databases and reporting tools
- Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv (Reuters), or similar platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a disciplined, judgement-driven approach to analysis
