- Processing transactions for investment products such as retirement annuities, preservation funds, endowments, and living annuities.
- Handling withdrawals, transfers, retirements, and other investment servicing requests.
- Responding to queries from clients, policy holders, financial advisers, and franchise partners via phone and email.
- Requesting, tracking, and verifying outstanding documentation required to process transactions.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Managing escalated cases and resolving complex client issues.
- Building and maintaining relationships with financial advisers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring workloads and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and daily targets are met.
- Assisting with testing and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
- Preparing reports. maintainng statistics. and ensuring a high level of accuracy with minimal errors.
