Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring inventory integrity, supporting efficient supply chain operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve stock accuracy, service level agreements (SLAs), on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery targets, and overall operational excellence. Detail: Key Responsibilities Lead inventory control and supply chain activities across high-volume, multi-temperature FMCG and QSR distribution operations. Monitor and analyse SKU movement, stock variances, damages, replenishment activities, and inventory trends to improve stock visibility and operational decision-making. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, variance investigations, and implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Transport, Planning, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams to support OTIF performance, SLA compliance, and efficient order fulfilment. Develop and maintain advanced Microsoft Excel dashboards, KPI reports, and operational trackers, improving reporting efficiency and providing meaningful insights to management. Monitor stock movements, replenishment requirements, damaged stock, and inventory trends to minimise stock losses and improve supply chain performance. Drive compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inventory policies, and company standards while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement. Support management with inventory reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis to improve planning and decision-making. Key Achievements Improved inventory accuracy by approximately 10–15% through strengthened stock reconciliation processes, variance investigations, and corrective action implementation. Reduced manual reporting time by approximately 25–30% by developing Excel-based dashboards, KPI reports, and operational tracking tools. Contributed to an estimated 15–20% reduction in stock discrepancies through structured cycle counts, root cause analysis, and improved inventory control processes. Strengthened supply chain visibility by analysing SKU movement, stock damages, replenishment gaps, and service-impacting inventory trends.
