- An undergraduate qualification in Social Work/ Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required Never participated in any Internship Programme both Public / Private sector.
- Knowledge: Employee Health Wellness Programs. Mental Health Care. Occupational Health and Safety Act. Departmental policies and procedures.
- Skills: Counselling. Motivational. Problem Solving. Presentation. Planning and Organizing. Communication. Computer Literacy. Report Writing. Creativity. Numeracy.
DUTIES
- Provide support in the management of Employee Health and Wellness programmes. Provide assistance in the management of HIV/ AIDS, TB Programmes and chronic illness. Provide assistance in the management of Health and Productivity programmes.
