Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing internship applications against predefined criteria and needs analyses.
- Conducting paper-based screening and shortlisting activities.
- Supporting administrative aspects of the internship selection process.
- Escalating shortlisted candidates to the relevant Talent teams for further engagement.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and admin follow-through
- Great phone manner and strong people instincts
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Proactive, fast-moving, and solutions-driven
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound judgement and applied thinking.
- The ability to assess applications against business requirements and needs analyses.
- The confidence to identify quality and potential, rather than simply processing applications.
