Internship Programme 2027: Sales Administrator

Optimi is looking for a motivated, hardworking graduate to join our Internship Programme. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining practical experience within a dynamic sales environment. This opportunity will also entail completing an accredited qualification over the period of 12 months. REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must not have previously participated in an internship programme.

DUTIES

• Capture, update and maintain student and prospective student information on internal systems.
• Maintain sales trackers, spreadsheets and shared folders.
• Assist with updating lead statuses and ensuring information is accurately recorded.
• Identify missing or incorrect information and escalate discrepancies where required.
• Assist with compiling daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Update sales performance trackers and administrative records.
• File, organise and maintain sales-related documentation and records.
• Assist with preparing spreadsheets and verifying data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager.
• Assist with sales-related documentation, follow-up lists and outstanding administrative tasks.
• Support the team with email correspondence, data requests and internal queries.
• Liaise with relevant departments to obtain information and support.
• Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Assist with any additional tasks required by management.
