- An undergraduate qualification in Corporate Governance/ Business Management/ Administration/ Auditing/ Law at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme for both public and private sector.
- Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act PFMA. Public Service Regulations PSR. Public Service Act PSA. Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations UIAR. Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act UICA.
- Skills: Computer Problem Solving. Presentation. Planning and Organising. Analytical Skills. Communication Both Written and Verbal. Ability to influence. Computer Literacy. Report Writing. Time Management. Numeracy.
DUTIES
- Provide administrative support in the implementation of Corporate Governance Charters for Committees in the Fund. Support research on corporate governance best practices. Assist in maintaining the effectiveness of corporate governance structures in the Fund. Provide support in legislative compliance and audit coordination processes.
