- An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Business Management / Office Management at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme for both public and private sectors.
- Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act PFMA. Public Service Regulations PSR. Public Service Act PSA. Treasury Regulations, Basic Accounting Systems BAS. Minutes writing. Relevant legislation/ policies/ prescripts and procedures. Department's policies and relevant procedures.
- Skills: Computer Literacy. Interpersonal. Communications verbal and written. Listening. Analytical skills. Problem Solving. Presentation. Report writing. Planning and organising.
DUTIES
- Provide assistance in UIF national appeal cases referred by provinces. Provide Assistance with Secretariat, administration and support services to the Board and its Committees. Provide assistance in technical/ general support on enquiries referred to the Board and its Committees. Assist in supply chain management process, logistical arrangement and maintenance of the asset register.
