- An undergraduate qualification in Accounting/ Auditing/ Business Information Systems/ Economics at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme for both public and private sector.
- Knowledge: Financial delegations, processes and policies of UIF. Financial Management principles and Financial Management Directives from the Treasury. Batho Pele Principles. Generally Recognised Accounting Principles GRAP. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP. International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS. Skills: Communication both verbal and written. Computer Literacy. Time Management. Interpersonal. Report Writing. Planning and Organizing. Analytical. Numeracy.
DUTIES
- Administer manual and electronic bank reconciliation services. Provide support in maintaining bank accounts on general ledger. Assist in identifying unauthorised and fraudulent transactions on the bank statements. Provide administrative support services.
