This 12-month graduate internship is for recent BCom Accounting or BCom Finance graduates, or candidates who have completed accounting articles, and want to build a career at the intersection of finance, business systems and technology. Job Specification
ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will work alongside experienced consultants and gain practical exposure to ERP implementation work across real client projects. The programme is structured to develop the core skills needed for a future role as an ERP Implementation Consultant.
- Day-to-day exposure includes:
- Finance and accounting processes
- ERP and business management systems
- Procurement and inventory processes
- Production and fixed assets
- Business process mapping
- System configuration and testing
- Data migration and validation
- Reporting and workflows
- Client training and support
- Requirements gathering
- Project implementation
- Problem solving and troubleshooting

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Recently completed a BCom in Finance, BCom Accounting, or a similar relevant degree
- Alternatively, completed accounting articles
- Strong numerical ability and logical thinking
- Analytical thinking and natural curiosity
- Interest in technology and business systems
- Confident communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership
- No prior ERP or software experience is required
