The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships and achieving sales targets within the allocated territory. Detail: Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Promote and sell a range of paints, coatings and related products. Provide customers with product information and suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct customer visits and maintain regular contact with clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements. Process orders and ensure accurate follow-up from order to delivery. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Previous sales experience, preferably within paints, coatings, building materials, hardware or a related industry . Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong new business development and customer relationship skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Good computer literacy and administrative skills. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Able to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
