Basic Salary: Negotiable R15K -R20K plus commission based on qualifications, skills, and experience

Job Description
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries and price requests.
- Look at technical catalogs and drawings to help clients find the correct matching components.
- Create and send out accurate price quotations using the company’s internal computer system.
- Follow up on sent quotes with customer buying departments to secure the final orders.
- Check stock levels with the warehouse team to give clients accurate delivery dates.
- Work closely with the external sales team to support regular, long-term business clients.
What You Need to Apply
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in internal sales within an industrial or hardware environment.
- The ability to read and understand technical product catalogs, sizes, and dimensions.
- Good computer skills, including experience using standard sales or inventory software (E
