Key Responsibilities: - Proactively generate new business opportunities through telesales, cold calling and prospecting. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable printing, signage and related solutions. - Prepare accurate quotations, costings and proposals. - Follow up consistently on quotations and convert opportunities into sales. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Provide sales administration and customer support throughout the sales process. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively managed. - Consistently achieve agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements: - Previous internal sales experience is essential. - Experience within printing, signage, litho and/or office automation is highly advantageous. - Strong telesales and new-business development ability. - Experience with quotations, costings and sales administration. - Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Confident and professional when engaging customers telephonically and via email.
