Our client is looking for a dynamic salesperson to resell mild steel and industrial hardware products; the ideal candidate must have steel trading or related experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact daily with Customers telephonically
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Assist Customers with their selections
- Process and follow up on orders
- Increase sales
- Meet and reach sales targets
- Cold call for new business
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 / equivalent
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3 or more years’ recent experience trading of mild steel or related products
- Computer literate
- Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Reside close to Epping Cape Town
- Able to close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Good telephone and communication skills
- Reliable transport
- A stable work record and have contactable references
