• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate new leads. • Develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. • Prepare accurate quotations, sales reports and forecasts. • Follow up on quotations and leads to convert opportunities into sales. • Drive sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed targets. • Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs and competitor activity. • Provide professional and efficient service to clients throughout the sales process. • Conduct product demonstrations or client visits when required. Minimum Requirements:
• 23 years of proven Internal Sales experience. • Experience within the industrial, warehouse or material handling equipment will be highly advantageous. • Comfortable working with MS Office. • Sage/Pastel experience will be an advantage. • A valid drivers licence. • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. • A confident, energetic and target-driven approach. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently. • Professional appearance and a positive, go-getter attitude.
