Internal Sales Representative – Electronic Security Products
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team. The role requires strong product knowledge in gate motors, access control, and related electronic security solutions , with the ability to support installers and walk‑in customers in a busy counter environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk‑in and telephonic enquiries from installers and customers.
Provide accurate product advice, quotations, and order processing.
Support external sales staff with client queries and stock availability.
Maintain ERP/CRM records, update price lists, and track orders through to delivery.
Ensure after‑sales support, including warranty claims and returns.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric plus at least 2 years’ internal sales experience.
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) – essential for daily installer interaction.
Direct exposure to gate motors, access control, GSM modules, and related products .
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a counter environment.
ERP/CRM proficiency (SAP/Zoho experience advantageous).
Valid driver’s licence.
