Start free — we apply for you →Job Title: Internal Sales Rep (Automotive) Start Date: 2026-08-24 - 2026-09-23 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB007701 Sectors: Sales & Marketing & PR Location: SA - Gauteng , Silverton Salary: Brief: Our Client based in Pretoria is looking for an Internal Sales Rep Salary R22 000 - R30 000 based on experience Detail: Minimum requirements: 3–5 years of sales or internal account management experience, specifically within the automotive sector, vehicle bodybuilding, fleet management, or specialized vehicle modifications Experience in working in the automotive / manufacturing industry. Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical layout drawings, technical specifications, and component lists. Proficiency with CRM software, ERP systems (for inventory and order tracking), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Rapid response to telephonic and Web sales enquires (4-hour response time) Send order confirmations to customers. Co-Ordination with customer for payment. Sales Reporting – as determined by management. Prepare Sales and Quotations Summary ReportsGeneration of Sales Quotes – within 24 hours Distribute completed / approved quotes to customers. Enter all quotes & orders into the company's ERP system.
