- 35 years of sales or internal account management experience, specifically within the automotive sector, vehicle bodybuilding, fleet management, or specialized vehicle modifications
- Experience in working in the automotive / manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical layout drawings, technical specifications, and component lists.
- Proficiency with CRM software, ERP systems (for inventory and order tracking), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Rapid response to telephonic and Web sales enquires (4-hour response time)
- Send order confirmations to customers.
- Co-Ordination with customer for payment.
- Sales Reporting as determined by management.
- Prepare Sales and Quotations Summary ReportsGeneration of Sales Quotes within 24 hours
- Distribute completed / approved quotes to customers.
- Enter all quotes & orders into the companys ERP system.
- Telephonic follow-up on Quotes raised
