Detail: Requirements Matric / Grade 12 – essential Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or Retail Management – advantageous 5–7 years' relevant sales experience Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience Strong FMCG, retail supplier or consumer goods experience Proven experience managing national key accounts and retail buyers Experience managing an Internal Sales or Sales Administration team Strong order processing, product listing, promotional and sales reporting experience Experience with forecasting and demand planning Export, distributor, broker or agent management experience – advantageous Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups and formulas Strong sales analysis and reporting ability Excellent customer relationship and key account management skills Strong commercial, negotiation and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume orders ERP/order processing system experience; SYSPRO advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
