- Matric / Grade 12 essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or Retail Management advantageous
- 57 years relevant sales experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience
- Strong FMCG, retail supplier or consumer goods experience
- Proven experience managing national key accounts and retail buyers
- Experience managing an Internal Sales or Sales Administration team
- Strong order processing, product listing, promotional and sales reporting experience
- Experience with forecasting and demand planning
- Export, distributor, broker or agent management experience advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups and formulas
- Strong sales analysis and reporting ability
- Excellent customer relationship and key account management skills
- Strong commercial, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume orders
- ERP/order processing system experience; SYSPRO advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
