- 2-4 years' experience in sales, business development or another customer-facing role
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fully Computer literate
- B2B or IT experience is advantageous
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong telephone and virtual selling ability
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- CRM experience, preferably salesforece
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider sales team
