- A well-established company based in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous internal sales experience, enjoy working with the public and be a positive, team-oriented individual.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience in an internal sales role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and professional when dealing with the public
- Computer literate
- Good telephone etiquette
- Team player with a positive and helpful approach
- Good administrative and organisational skills
Duties May Include
- Assisting customers telephonically and in-store
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Generating quotations and processing invoices
- Following up on customer enquiries and sales
- Maintaining positive customer relationships
- Assisting with general internal sales administration
- Supporting the sales team and working collaboratively with colleagues
