- An established company within the aluminium and glass industry is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting with product selections, preparing quotations and supporting the sales process, with a focus on aluminium windows and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Assist customers with their aluminium and glass product requirements.
- Provide product guidance, particularly relating to aluminium windows.
- Follow up on enquiries and potential sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Assist with general internal sales and administrative duties.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in Internal Sales or a similar sales role.
- Experience in retail, sales or hardware will be advantageous.
- Previous exposure to aluminium windows or the aluminium and glass industry will be beneficial.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Sales-driven, confident and comfortable dealing with customers.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
