You will maintain existing clients and process new orders with the sales team. Detail: Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Sales qualification preferred Internal sales experience, ICT industry preferred Computer literate Well spoken CRM experience Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Management Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms. Proactively follow up on leads and quotations to secure orders. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Order Processing & Administration Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately. Coordinate with logistics/warehouse to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity Support to External Sales Team Assist field sales representatives with account management. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals as required. Product & Market Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, pricing, and promotions.
