Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialised rubber products servicing the mining industry, is looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Internal Sales Consultant to join their growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the internal sales team with customer enquiries and quotations

• Assist with tender administration and contract documentation

• Prepare sales orders and maintain accurate customer records

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service

• Assist with sales reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Excel

• Maintain pricing schedules, product information, and sales documentation

• Support external sales representatives with administrative and commercial activities

• Participate in customer engagement and business development initiatives

• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects within the sales function

Minimum Requirements

• BCom Degree in Marketing (Completed)

• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Exposure to manufacturing or mining environments will be advantageous but is not essential
