- Grade 12
- Internal sales experience, ICT industry preferred
- Computer literate
- Understanding audio visual, video conferencing, VOIP, networking
- Well spoken
- CRM experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Proactively follow up on leads and quotations to secure orders.
- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
- Assist field sales representatives with account management.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client proposals as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys product range, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to management.
- General admin for sales team
- Drafting reports, spreadsheets and memos
