Internal Sales Consultant

Ecowize is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to drive sales growth through the promotion and sale of our Pest Control & Hygiene products and services. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, provide value-added solutions, and manage sales administration and invoicing to support customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct market and industry research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Engage with existing and prospective customers to develop relationships, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for additional sales. Promote Ecowize’s Pest Control & Hygiene products and services, highlighting quality, value, and environmentally friendly solutions. Identify opportunities to provide value-added services that address customer needs and support business objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Provide management with feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products and services. Develop and maintain a customer database and proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies focused on acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and expanding market share. Prepare, manage, and process customer quotations accurately and within the required turnaround time. Negotiate sales and secure business opportunities. Initiate invoicing and payment processes and facilitate the handover of confirmed sales to Operations. Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets in accordance with the company’s commission policy. Liaise with Branch Managers to coordinate product and service delivery. Manage the end-to-end invoicing process for outright purchases and jobbing services, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely processing.
