We currently have the above position available at our flexible packaging printing facility and wish to invite all suitably qualified applicants to submit their details for our consideration. The incumbent, reporting to the Customer Services Manager, will be responsible for all the internal and external client communication and administrative processing for receipt of order, job tracking and job delivery. Key responsibilities:
• Order processing from receipt of customer order to processing sales orders for despatch • Customer liaison ensuring effective relay of essential information between production and account managers/customers including maintaining customer open order status and stock reports • Actively managing customer and account manager expectations for delivery lead-times To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- A minimum of 2 years, within a similar role, preferably within the print industry
- Professional level of communication, both written and spoken, with clients and colleagues
- Effective team player with a high level of business acumen
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and MS outlook
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous client servicing experience is essential
- Own, reliable transport and Code B driver’s license is advantageous
