Internal Brand Representative

Introduction

Isabella Garcia is a South African skincare and beauty brand seeking confident, engaging and professional communicators to join our team as Internal Brand Representatives.

In this role, you will contact prospective clients who have been referred to Isabella Garcia by word of mouth. You will introduce the brand by means of a warm and professional conversation.

This is not a sales position. You will not sell products or take orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have been referred to Isabella Garcia.

• Represent the Isabella Garcia brand in a warm, professional and engaging manner.

• Build rapport quickly and conduct natural, meaningful conversations with referred prospective clients.

• Ask the required questions and accurately record the responses.

• Capture information and call outcomes accurately on the relevant systems.

• Meet agreed productivity, call-quality and targets.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and comply with company processes.

• Contribute positively to a supportive, accountable and high-performance team culture

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Completed three-year tertiary qualification.

• Excellent verbal communication, active-listening and interpersonal skills.

• A warm, clear, confident and professional telephone manner.

• The ability to build rapport quickly and keep conversations natural and focused.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate information-capturing skills.

• Resilience, consistency and comfort working towards quality and productivity targets.

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn internal systems.

• Previous experience in lead generation, customer engagement, a contact centre, reception, hospitality, promotions or another people-facing environment will be advantageous.

Package & Remuneration

Earn up to R18 000 per month, based on targets reached.
