- Business analysis and SAP support Support plant users with SAP-related queries and system-related issues.
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel. Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other business systems.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Assist with reporting automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Work with functional teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimisation.
- Support lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives through data-driven analysis.
- Contribute to digital transformation projects and data governance activities.
- Assist in driving user adoption and optimisation of SAP processes.
