- The INTERNSHIP is a person that has completed a formal qualification and will participate in a structured work developmental exposure programme to ensure that experience is gained, and sufficient skills are available to the organisation. The Internship will be appointed on a fixed term contract.
Minimum Required Qualification
- Advanced Diploma / B Degree / Honours Degree in Geology
The Appointee should
- Be Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Have a Clear security screening record.
- Have a Valid driver's license if applicable

- Previous working experience

- Only degrees from recognised South-African Universities will be accepted.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Objectives Ensure that exposure programme objectives and associated tasks are well understood. Ensure that all phases of the developmental exposure programme are completed within the specified timeframe. Ensure that all queries and concerns associated with the developmental exposure programme and completion thereof are escalated where necessary. Discipline Specific Duties Adhere to all company policies, standards and procedures. Perform all assigned tasks in a safe manner. Assist team members in the implementation of initiatives and programmes. Capturing and reporting of information. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Reporting Compile reports and arrange discussion of progress with the appropriate supervisor / development stakeholder. Report all inconsistencies and obstacles. Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
