KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build readable, maintainable, and modular software using modern engineering tools and practices.

• Design and deliver well -tested solutions, applying test -driven development and strong quality standards.

• Develop and integrate RESTful microservices as part of a scalable, distributed platform.

• Work within an established development lifecycle, following best practices such as code reviews, CI, and

automation.

• Collaborate closely with your squad, contributing to technical discussions and shared decision -making.

• Develop an understanding of the bigger picture and how your work creates real impact for the business and

clients.

• Stay curious about new technologies and ideas and proactively explore how they could improve our systems

and ways of working..

high quality solutions. You’ll work as part of a supportive squad, developing innovative software that has a real

WHAT YOU BRING

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/ Mathematics/related field or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE

• Intermediate Developer: 3 -5 years experience

• Senior Developer: 5+ years experience

COMPETENCIES

• Interest in software development and object -oriented programming, with exposure to platforms or frameworks

such as Salesforce Apex, Java Spring, or similar.

• Ability to work effectively in an Agile team, collaborating closely with others to deliver quality outcomes.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team -first mindset.
