Intermediate Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications.
• Build and support web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Develop secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, databases, and system functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services where required.
• Perform testing, code reviews, and ensure software quality before release.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in technical planning, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Use AI development tools responsibly to improve productivity while ensuring code quality, security, and compliance.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and development best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience developing web applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and responsive web development.
• Experience with Git, application deployment, and software development best practices.
• Experience implementing UI/UX designs and working in Agile development environments is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C# .NET , TypeScript , Angular , HTML , and SASS .
• Experience with SQL databases, Linux (Ubuntu), and RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex).
• Understanding of application security principles and modern software architecture.
