The Role

As part of the internal development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting custom software applications that streamline operations across the business. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and fellow developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications using C# and the .NET framework.

• Develop and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and reports.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications while developing new functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software design discussions.

• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and quality standards.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years' experience in .NET software development.

• Strong proficiency in  C# ,  .NET , and  Microsoft SQL Server .

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.

• Experience developing and maintaining business or enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and systems integration will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Package & Remuneration

R500 000 CTC to R720 000 CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications
