- Ensure monitoring coverage, alert quality, dashboard usefulness, log availability, and actionable telemetry evolve as the platform changes. •(Behavioural: Proactively identifies blind spots, reduces noisy alerts, and improves the team’s ability to detect, diagnose, and respond to issues.)
CI/CD and Release Enablement
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release tooling, environment promotion, and rollback readiness.
- Work with development teams to make releases repeatable, visible, auditable, and less dependent on manual intervention.

- Highlight and help address gaps in observability, CI/CD maturity, fleet management, infrastructure documentation, operational ownership, and preventative maintenance.
- (Behavioural: Bridges the gap between development and operations by making operational risk visible and improving the reliability of delivery and support processes.)
Technical oversight
- Maintains awareness of relevant work across the team and contributes to technical decisions, peer reviews, implementation quality, and operational documentation
