Intermediate C# / Angular/ Blazor Developer (12-months contract)

Introduction

Are you an experienced   C# / .NET Developer   with strong   Blazor   experience and some exposure to   Angular ?

We are looking for an   Intermediate C# / Blazor Developer   to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting existing applications and taking ownership of development and production support within an established environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining and supporting business applications. You will work closely with developers, technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver enhancements and ensure applications remain stable and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain applications using   C# and .NET .

• Build and maintain modern web applications using   Blazor .

• Provide   application and production support , investigating and resolving technical issues.

• Troubleshoot, debug and identify the root cause of application problems.

• Contribute to front-end development using   Angular   where required.

• Develop and integrate   RESTful APIs and web services .

• Work with databases and develop effective   SQL queries .

• Participate in code reviews, testing and quality assurance.

• Work with existing codebases and confidently understand and enhance established applications.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts and business stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile development processes and the SDLC.

• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

• Take ownership of assigned applications, issues and development tasks.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.

• 4–6 years' commercial software development experience.

• Strong   C# / .NET   development experience.

• Solid commercial   Blazor   experience.

• Some experience with   Angular   – this does not need to be your primary technology.

• Good knowledge of   HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript .

• Experience developing and consuming   REST APIs .

• Strong   SQL and database   skills.

• Experience with   Git/source control .

• Good understanding of software development principles and the SDLC.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues and deliverables.

• Experience in an application support or production environment would be advantageous.
