- Our client, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking for a Intermediate Business Analyst to join their growing team.
- This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
- The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. They communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while confidently bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities include
- Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
- Translating business needs into functional documentation.
- Documenting procedures and workflows.
- Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
- Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation.
- Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements.
- Continuously improving analysis tools and processes.
- All other tasks related to the role.
Required skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification;
- 3-5 years of similar business analysis experience;
- Strong understanding of the payments environment retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc. is crucial to the role;
- Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio;
- Valid driver's license, own transport;
- Fluent in business English; additional languages will be seen as beneficial.
