Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join its team in Centurion, Pretoria . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements: Matric / Grade 12

• Relevant IT Certificate/Degree/Diploma is an Advantage

• 3 years + Business Analyst Experience

• Drivers Licence and own transport

• Proficient in Microsof Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google Drive and Docs.

• Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through Change Requests, Stakeholder Engagement and JAD workshops.

• Analyse, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and change requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear solution specifications and user stories.

• Facilitate requirements clarification, impact analysis, and solution design discussions.

• Support project delivery by executing assigned business analysis activities and deliverables.

• Perform root cause analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation.

• Assist business and project stakeholders in evaluating and implementing process improvements.
