Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join its team in Centurion, Pretoria . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements: Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant IT Certificate/Degree/Diploma is an Advantage
- 3 years + Business Analyst Experience
- Drivers Licence and own transport

- Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through Change Requests, Stakeholder Engagement and JAD workshops.
- Analyse, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and change requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear solution specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirements clarification, impact analysis, and solution design discussions.
- Support project delivery by executing assigned business analysis activities and deliverables.
- Perform root cause analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation.
- Assist business and project stakeholders in evaluating and implementing process improvements.
